I’ve personally seen organizations overlook using capable young leaders because they were misdiagnosed as power-hungry when, in fact, they were simply passionate to use their God-given gifts. As mature believers, we are responsible to be wise in this, give careful consideration, and not assume or write off someone at the first sign of charisma.
