Turbulence: A Short Story about Life and Death

She realized that life would become much more enjoyable if only we could refuse to be driven by our fears, and let our aspirations drive us. Life couldn’t have been any simpler, she thought.

We can feel guilty about the mistakes that we have made and atone for them, or we can consider them as necessary experiences that made us wiser and stronger.

In fact, there are no ‘absolute’ rights or wrongs in life. We have to decide what’s best for us. Could it have been any simpler?

All of us have the right and the ability to live life on our own terms, she thought. And even if we decide to live on somebody else’s terms, that is still a choice that WE make.

Why are people afraid of death when they do not even know what it is?
