We need mental-health services that are accessible and affordable. We need to reduce the toll of chronic stress in people’s lives, not give them one more thing to stress out about (namely inflammation) and one more supposed solution that’s economically out of reach for most people (because green juices cost a lot of green).
preventing and treating disordered eating isn’t just an individual issue—it’s a systemic one, requiring solutions that go way beyond telling people how to eat or what to choose at the grocery store.
