Daydream during “automatic” exercise • Get into a routine form of exercise you are familiar with and can do without thinking about it (ideally something you do very often). • The exercise must be something you can do easily, with no stress or strain, alone. I find cycling or walking at a moderate pace work well. • Before the exercise, read out or think of the message to the subconscious. If you remember, repeat the message while you are exercising and daydreaming. At the end of the exercise, repeat the message again.
