By 2013, Switzerland’s Finance Ministry estimated the value of goods inside came to more than 100 billion Swiss francs, including 1.2 million pieces of art and 3 million bottles of fine wine. If opened to the public, the warehouses would have been the finest museum anywhere, with more works than the Louvre or the Prado.
