In other words, this analysis should not just consider tomorrow but tomorrow’s tomorrow when looking at future technologies. It requires developing the capacity to think multigenerationally in examining those technologies likely to dominate, how they are likely to evolve, and how they are likely to shape their respective fields and even humankind.
