Evaluate everything that is causing you to have a closed fist because God is trying to hand you a blessing.

The closer you get to God, the more you are going to be filled with faith and confidence. The farther away you get from God, the more you are going to be filled with fear. Complaints do not move God; God is moved by faith.
"Do the thing you fear the most until you have a proven record of accomplishment because it will provide you with the confidence to accomplish more."
Nevertheless, I bring you good news: You are loved. (Romans 5:8) You are chosen. (1 Peter 2:9) You are redeemed. (Ephesians 1:7) You are favored. (Psalm 5:12) You are blessed. (Psalm 146:5) You are healed. (1 Peter 2:24)
In each situation, I had to fight the feeling of being overcome by my circumstances. I had to battle the influence of unfairness, the fear of an unknown future, and the emotion of grief and loss.
God will always speak to your potential. Very rarely will He speak to your current circumstance.
You must submit to the demands that maximize your potential so that none of your divine assignment is left undone. And if you are willing to submit to God’s purpose, will, and calling for your life, you will be more mature, more faithful, and more equipped to help others. Nothing will be impossible for you because nothing is impossible for Him.

Have you ever thought about how much energy it takes to be bitter or hold resentment? You only have a certain amount of energy each day. If you use it for the wrong purpose, if you magnify the negativity in your life and dwell on whoever hurt you, then you are not going to have the energy you need to be able to make the best decisions or be as creative as you need to be. You will not be able to live your best life!
Before I end today’s devotional, I would like to give you four quick tips on how to be forgiving: Recognize no one is perfect. Relinquish your right to get even. Respond to the evil with good. Refocus on God’s plan for your life.
Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. ~ Ephesians 4:29
If you are always talking about hardships, do not be surprised if you live in never-ending defeat. You must challenge yourself to stop talking about the problem and start talking about the solution. Use your words to change the situation. Start speaking words of victory and success.
