Second, I’m always terrified of getting on the wrong side of history, so I’ve spent some time considering how this discussion of freedoms relates to Ben Horowitz’s recent post on “Can Do vs. Can’t Do Cultures.”14 I read that article as describing how young companies that are focused on innovation differ from mature companies that are trapped in “the innovator’s dilemma.”
