Francis had chosen not to include Sullivan. Trump seemed to dislike Sullivan, possibly because he associated him with Tillerson. The president still resented press reports that Tillerson had called Trump a “fucking moron.” More often than not, however, Trump simply pretended not to know who Sullivan was at all.
