“Talent” is defined as an innate or natural aptitude or skill. The irony is that digital talent is less about individuals’ innate skills and aptitudes, or what they can do today, than about what they will be able to do tomorrow, based on their mindset and their ability to learn and grow. But this type of learning differs from institutional learning, which often takes place in classrooms and training programs. It is necessarily more self-driven and less structured.
