If it’s a possibility higher than zero, and the consequence is death, you take care of that first.
if someone doesn’t know the subject well, it’s hard for them to answer three questions deep. If they’re prepared, they can answer the first question, no problem. If they’re well-prepared, they can answer most of the second questions. But no matter how well-prepared someone is, it’s hard to answer the third question, unless they’re an expert.
