do not hold too tightly to a moment enjoy each one as it arrives and be open to the possibility of the next

you are a revolution creating the art of you writing the life of you speaking the truth of you becoming and shaping the being of you

it is a privilege to provide comfort and ease the way for another it is a blessing to forget ourselves for a while

let us need each other and be okay with it

being strong is what people do when they do not have the luxury of being afraid

a mountain is climbed by climbing it

you do not need to like your neighbor to feel an inclusive love for them

we have a say in love home happiness they do not happen to us they arise from us

be the miracle in someone’s day an unexpected kindness works fine

kindness is the only gift and love is where it comes from

a mountain becomes smaller the longer it is climbed by the time the summit is reached all that remains is a valley

trust the journey the journey has its own wisdom
