With no interested spectators around here she and Rushe didn’t have to worry about rules or chain of command. Here they didn’t have to worry about who saw them. They didn’t have to worry about who knew that they might care for each other. No one knew who they were, or that they could each be used as collateral against the other. So they were free to relax, to be themselves, to enjoy each other openly.
