The one thing I wish I would have done sooner is address the situation with Kerry. When you find yourself in a similar situation, you have to advocate for yourself and not let people like her get away with murder. Maybe it would have worked, maybe not. That I will never know. But, to be honest with myself, I have to admit I gave Kerry way too much power early on. Because of her tenure, I kowtowed to her, and she used that to her advantage.
