Once again, the answer lies in Dubai’s unwritten constitution. The diversification of resources constitutes the fourth pillar underpinning Dubai’s success. It is a legacy passed down through my family. It is the guarantee that the lessons of our arduous journey over the past 185 years haven’t been taken for granted.
