The world is run by worn-out people, and our soul is often lost beneath the piles of our everyday life.

Andy Crouch, in his book The Tech-Wise Family, follows this rule: an hour a day, a day a week, and a week a year without technology.4

Sometimes the song is all you need. Other times, you play that song on repeat to let its melody smooth the jagged edges of your soul.
