I put together a list of important deaths and events in which South Africa and their business partners stood to gain something from an assassination or other dark deed being carried out. I included many events that were known to have been carried out by South African security services—for example, the murders of Griffiths Mxenge, Ruth First, and Jeannette Schoon.
