This scene was an absolute blast to write. Getting to write all four of them in a room, bouncing off each other. My favorite thing in a big bantery scene like this is trying to make the dialogue so specific that only the person speaking could have said it. As a writer, it feels like juggling. Can I manage all four characters at once? After Carry On, I started writing a comic called Runaways for Marvel. That book is pretty much nonstop conversation juggling. It’s really, really fun for me.
