Have read at least 6 books by M. Gladwell. This one is probably my least favorite. He has an interesting premise, but the book meanders and doesnt come together to support that premise in a compelling manner. Also he demonstrates some very clear biases in some of the key stories he highlights, particularly in the facts he omits. I found it really repugnant that he seems to be defending Sandusky, as a case in point, leaning heavily on the input from a very biased source, I learned later. Similarly with the Michael Brown incident; he leaves out the fact he was shot while charging full steam at the cop after trying to take his gun! Overall I recommend it, but just barely.
