Good for background on the Fred Johnson character - and his sense of "character". Another reader online said they would not buy any more of the novellas - except for this one - and although I don't promise to buy the next one in the series - this one was "adequate" to fill in some blanks in a past event in Fred Johnson's life. As one reviewer on Amazon said, they (and I )wish this was available in print format instead of just electronic/Kindle format. Not a long book but it took me longer to want to read it on my iPhone. I just lost my Kindle so I ordered another used one on eBay and still waiting for it to show up in the Mail :) I gave it three stars instead of 4 because it is short story (40 pages or so) , not as meaty as I thought it would be but still satisfying to read. The contents of this novella also supposedly appear in a later book (I have only just finished book 1). The only reason I bought this Kindle version was I wanted to re-watch Season 1 over again and needed to have this backstory element in my mind when I did the re-watching.
