Train up a child is about more than habit, about more than chores, and teaching a kid to pray and obey. What about teaching love, showing love, modeling affection, being love in human form, so that when they grow up they are love in human form…they are God’s love in human form? How amazing would it be if when you met this brother, he loved on you with God’s love, with a love that was so second nature that it could never injure…never hurt?
“Why must you, or any woman he’s chosen before you, have to suffer through correction, before reaching glorification? You shouldn’t have to endure a storm first. That’s not what love is about…putting up with hurt and being celebrated for staying through it.”
