Human nature will always see problems and try to find strategies and silver bullets, but the old pattern is more than just a magnet-pull, it’s a river where the water of our choices will find a forever path. Because what keeps you stuck in your old patterns is brain circuitry. And brain circuitry is hard to change. Not un-change-able, but hard to change. There is no epiphany that’s going to make you walk away a different person. You have to become that different person, every day. You have to rewire the circuits from one place to another. It takes time. Knowing is only half the equation.
