That sounds harsh, I know, but there are just some people (even people who want to) who aren’t going to be able to write twelve books a year, no matter whose productivity system they try to adopt. Why? Because some people innately value things other than speed, and they can’t convince themselves they don’t. Because writing a “good” book means different things to different people.
