I surrender my fear and allow the voice of my Higher Self to guide me toward the highest good.
Thank you, guides of the highest truth and compassion, for revealing to me what I need to know.
practice. At the point in my meditation when I notice a nudge from my guides, I pick up my pen and begin to freewrite. I let my pen flow, and I don’t edit anything. In just a few moments, the most beautiful and insightful words come through. Words and ideas that are not mine stream onto the page. I’m often blown away by some of the guidance I receive.
Spirit guides help us to get out of our own way and to stop relying on our own strength.
Don’t question your intuition when it comes to connecting to guides. Whichever guide comes to your mind immediately is who you’re meant to connect to. Remember, they’re waiting for your call.
Thank you, guide of the highest truth and compassion, [name the guide you’re connecting to], for revealing your presence to me. I welcome you now.
For the next week, practice these three steps each morning: Tune in through prayer and invoke the presence of your guide. Relax and receive guidance through meditation.
Document the guidance you receive.
A spiritual connection is a habit that requires that you rely on a higher power rather than your own will.
single. These example desires are backed by neediness and fear. They don’t feel inspired or service oriented because they’re filled with a need for external validation or completion rather than inner peace. Check in with yourself about any ego-driven desires that may be present. It’s wonderful to be unapologetic about what you want, but always pay attention to the energy that backs up your desire.
When claiming your desire, it’s important to state clearly what you want and then surrender it by adding, “This or something better.”
Manifesting is the creative process of aligning with the energy of the Universe to co-create an experience that
elevates your spirit and the spirit of the world. Manifesting isn’t about getting; it’s about becoming.
Make a list in your journal of all the ways you’re controlling your desires. Once you’re clear about the ways you’re trying to control situations, it’s time to redirect your energy and apply the Spiritually Aligned Action Method.
I lean into the inspiration of my desires, and I know it’s enough to lead me toward what is of the highest good. I surrender this desire to the Universe, and I know I’m being guided.
The fastest way to let go of control is to be in a state of appreciation. When you assume this energy, you feel good in the present moment regardless of whether your desires have manifested, and you’re having fun along the way to what you want.
Fixating on the negative only creates more of what we don’t want, whereas focusing
on what we can appreciate in our lives moves us to a better point of attraction. Almost all of us can be thankful and grateful for some aspect of our world.
In that chapter I suggest that readers focus their practice on someone they’ve been resenting, and I ask them to list everything they appreciate about that person.
Forgiveness is necessary if we’re going to live with ease and effortlessly attract more of what we want. Let appreciation be your guide to releasing the attachments you have to your attack thoughts and past resentments.
Thank you, Universe and guides of the highest truth and compassion. I am ready to feel free. I welcome a newfound faith.
Here’s one way that you can ask: “Thank you, Universe, for showing me my sign of ____ within 24 hours if ____ is right for me.” Then be patient
In this moment are you allowing love, joy, and well-being, or are you resisting it? When you’re allowing, you’ll feel mentally clear and serene, and you’ll have great faith. When you’re not allowing, you’ll feel aggravated, sad, guilty, frustrated, controlling, and even depressed.
If, for instance, you’re constantly thinking about the potential of being fired from your job, your energy will be fearful, panicked, needy, and out of control. That energy sends out a message of fear to your employer (consciously or unconsciously) that you’re not right for the position.
Yes, of course you have to show up for your dreams. You have to take that job interview, go on that date, exercise your body. But when you feel good, your spiritually aligned actions are backed with the love of the Universe, and you can know you’re attracting.
What it means to let the Universe catch up with your dreams is that you’re willing to be patient. You’re willing to surrender your timeline, your agenda, and your perceived needs. You’re willing to have faith in a time frame beyond your own.
In any moment I can release my fear and realign with my Super Attractor power.
How do I want to feel today? Who do I want to be today? What do I want to receive today? What do I want to give today?
By caring about how you feel and directing your focus toward positive visualizations, you allow the Universe to support you.
It’s your responsibility to take care of your energy. And remember that other people’s energy is not your responsibility.
When I make happiness my priority over being right and seeking solutions, I can instantly return to an energy of ease.
All of these practices will help you get out of the way and release resistance. Every method in this book is designed to help you get into a state of allowing.
Each time you lift the veil and step into the light, the world shines brighter.
