The day had already been long. She’d fought one god, been embraced by four others, had seen her daughter morph from a sixteen-year-old to a baby, and had watched her She-Wolf perish only to be reborn like a Phoenix in Vulcun’s flames. Top that off with watching Lossiah being stuck with her sword and seeing yet another Dark Fae lose their wings . . . she really did just want this fucking day to be over. Being a Queen fucking sucked.
