The possible overthrow of the Russian regime has, in keeping with the assumption which we have examined, always been thought of as meaning the restoration of capitalism, either through conquest by foreign capitalist nations or by internal “counter-revolution.” By now the evidence is fairly conclusive that there is not going to be a capitalist restoration in Russia.
