the journey to lasting change begins with defining what matters most to you.
That day, my “job” ended and my calling began.
Your life is not static. Every decision, setback, or triumph is an opportunity to identify the seeds of truth that make you the wondrous human being that you are. I’m not talking just about what you do for a living. When you pay attention to what feeds your energy, you move in the direction of the life for which you were intended. Trust that the Universe has a bigger, wider, deeper dream for you than you could ever imagine for yourself.
What I know for sure is you become what you believe.
At all times, we are all going through recovery and discovery.
Purpose is dynamic. Purpose continues to be applied throughout your life. Because your gifts, your talents, and your abilities that are given to you by God remain consistent throughout your life. But how you apply that changes as you live life from one level to another and you go through stages of life.
This truth telling is something that can unlock people.
When you watch the things you dreamed of as a kid come to reality, those are moments of destiny.
Your life is always speaking to you. It speaks in whispers, guiding you to your next right step. And in many situations, the whisper is also the first warning.
Life is about growth and change, and when you are no longer doing either, you’ve received your first whisper.
Pay attention to what makes you feel energized, connected, and stimulated. Follow your intuition, do what you love, and you will do more than succeed. You will soar.
Because what we’re really trying to do is live our life as if it really matters.
As long as there is still breath there’s forward.
The ultimate care of the soul is being identified with the life that wants to live through you.
“The more important an activity is to your soul’s evolution, the more resistance you will feel to it.”
The true meaning of courage is to be afraid—and then, with your knees knocking and your heart racing, take the leap anyway. Ready. Set. Go.
BRENÉ BROWN OPRAH: You say that every home has to have its own manifesto.
Above all else, I want you to know that you are loved and lovable. You will learn this from my words and my actions; the lessons on love are in how I treat you and how I treat myself. I want you to engage with the world from a place of worthiness. You will learn that you are worthy of love, belonging, and joy every time you see me practice self-compassion and embrace my own imperfections. We will practice courage in our family by showing up, letting ourselves be seen, and honoring vulnerability. We’ll share our stories of struggle and strength. There will always be room in our home for both.

inspiration, for me, comes from three areas. It’s the clarity of one’s vision, the courage of one’s conviction, and the ability to effectively communicate both of those things.
Potential is always bigger than the problem. Your potential is infinite and is always bigger than whatever problem you’re going through.
We fall off course the minute our intention shifts from following our heart to responding to what we think others believe.
But hope in the spiritual sense is openness for surprise for that which you cannot imagine.
One of my favorite lessons from Joel Osteen is, “What follows ‘I am’ is what we’re inviting into our life.” Meaning when you use phrases like,“I am exhausted,” or, “I am overwhelmed,” you are inviting exactly that kind of energy into your life.
FATHER RICHARD ROHR: For a marriage to be successful, you’ve got to have someone who wants you to grow into who you really are. And if you don’t have that, I have seen people become smaller after marriage. But love has to expand.
So the principle is to turn it around and invite what you want into your life.
What I learned from Sarah and so many others is that the way people handle money reflects the way they see themselves.
What I know for sure is that no matter how much wealth you come to possess, everything passes and changes with time. What is real, what is forever, is who you are and what you are meant to share with the world. That is your true treasure. —Oprah
The Universe doesn’t look in terms of good, bad, better, worse, success, or failure. It looks in terms of limitation and opportunity.
How am I making things more difficult than they need to be?
