If I can do something in an hour, that a less experienced maker in the shop might take two or three hours to complete, the question I ask myself isn’t, “How can I help them do it faster?” It’s “Why not just jump in and do it myself?” Then I invariably do, and the first question never gets answered.
THIS is exactly what I get at work... "It'll be quicker if I just do it myself"... ah yes but then I will never learn how to do that
