There are many countries that have much smaller populations than Japan’s, and that are nevertheless rich and important players on the world stage, including Australia, Finland, Israel, the Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan.
Then why does everybody ignore Taiwan?
