One, you may not get to choose whether or not to go through this, but you get to choose how you go through it. That part is always up to you. Two, find a way to bring meaning to your suffering by responding in such a way you grow and it benefits other people.
my quest is no longer coming from a place of needing more to satisfy a void. It’s about owning my power and with a sense of curiosity and excitement, seeing what can come out of me, not to me.
how can we truly benefit from daily practices designed to enhance our enjoyment of life if we’re all wadded up with anger and regret and barely surviving emotionally?
