Nothing but Projects. Could it be that an organization is nothing more than a series of projects? I know, the traditional definition of a project says that it must have a beginning, an end, and a defined scope and resources. But technically speaking, isn’t that every activity we undertake? Everything from product development to cleaning the bathroom matches that description, depending on your time-frame orientation. Some projects last a century and some last a day.
