The biggest barrier to change, believe it or not, is you. If you’re the founder, the CEO, or the team leader, you hold a disproportionate amount of power in your organization. People look to you for many things. For decisions. For permission. For attention. For feedback. For signs of what’s to come. If they look at you and see the same behavior, they’re going to dismiss this as another fad. That means you have work to do. Work to master your ego. Work to quiet your voice.
