Liturgy forms us. Many young adults are drawn to liturgy because they are looking for resources to grow and deepen their discipleship. They have found in the liturgical rhythms and traditions something essential to their spiritual formation, a formative element that complements and enhances what they experience in private prayer and Scripture reading. They realize the benefits of including liturgy for both private and communal maturity.
