The lack of genuine concern here is obvious: people don’t interrogate thin people about their health in the same way. People don’t ask ‘but what about your health?’ under the photos of people going bungee jumping. There is not a moral outrage when a thin person posts a photo of them eating a burger or drinking a beer. There is actually a whole trend on YouTube of small, beautiful, cis women eating large amounts of food. It’s celebrated.
