But in a capitalistic system the way society is shaped will be established by its most powerful members, so without a very large role from government , the ability of the less powerful groups to rise and have similar benefits will be limited to non existent. Money and power is accretive, and with the best education, job opportunities, access to healthcare and good living infrastructure would always be the highest predictor of an ability to succeed
