Interesting.. so in this train of thought the conflation of Jesus as the one source of reason could be naturally used as a forced substitute for scientific advancement. If the one rule proclaimed by Christianity is faith without the need of deep understanding or pursuit of knowledge, then any activity trying to discover unanswered questions would be considered heretical and against the foundational aspects of Christianity
