“Are you...are you angry?” It seems like the thing to ask, of a ghost in her house that she just acquired.
She notices the ghost trailing his hand right where she had trailed hers. She snaps her head over to him, and he jerks his head up, looking for all the world guilty.
He’s handsome, somewhat, in that way that things that are unreal can be beautiful in how separate from reality they are.
she stares at him for a long second, but for the first time in a while, she doesn’t feel scared.
