Muscle testing works on most people, most of the time. But other things can come into play. Sometimes it doesn’t work because a person is just not comfortable for some reason. Or they think it’s weird. Or they’re defensive, afraid that something might be revealed about them. For example, I have found that sometimes people will be untestable in front of a group of people yet become perfectly testable when they are no longer in front of an audience.
