First, you hold one another accountable for doing what you say you’re going to do. One of the most powerful and underutilized resources available is integrity, which I define as doing what you say you’re going to do, when you say you’re going to do it, without exceptions or excuses. When you commit to living with impeccable integrity, you gain the power to speak your life into existence, because if you say you’re going to do something and you keep your word, it’s as good as done (also known as inevitable).
