This might be a great thing for your body: an opportunity to cut out fatty foods and greasy snacks and such. Sadly, some people do the opposite to save money: Substances that pass for food on value menus at fast-food chains can seem like the most economic option, but they’re not. If you are going to solve your problems you will need to be healthy.
