We are to walk loyally in a manner worthy of the Lord and pleasing to Him in all respects (Col 1:10). Faulty-loyalty or disloyalty (synonymous with defector, apostate, and traitor) assures our unfitness for duty. Those who talk of the things of God but have no action behind them are dead in the eyes of the Lord (Jam 2:14-26); those who say they “know” him, but do not obey His Word are liars (1 John 2:3-6).
