Christianity Is Different from Every Other Religion One thing that makes Christianity different from every other religion in the world is that it maintains that we are supernaturally transformed (regenerated), saved (justified), and brought back into right-standing with God (reconciled) through faith and faith alone. Every other religion involves works and a constant striving to earn the approval of and relationship with God. Those in the New Age movement are continuously told to do the following to have a spiritual life: • Raise your vibration. • Practice mindfulness. • Balance and cleanse your chakras. • Meditate and practice yoga to self-realize. • Use crystals, psychedelics, reiki, and other “tools” for spiritual development. • Contemplate and study secret divine knowledge such as sacred geometry and alchemy. • Practice magik and divination. • Try to astral project and lucid dream to explore higher realms. • Maintain positive dominant thoughts since you attract what you put out. • Be loving to people to work off bad karma from past lives.
