WHITE LADY 1.5 oz gin .75 oz triple sec .75 oz lemon juice Egg white Lemon peel Add egg white and lemon juice to shaker. Dry shake for 10 seconds. Add gin, triple sec, and ice. Shake for 12 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
