Below, in the murk of the abyss, Prachya thought he could make out movement. A lot of it. A low gurgling sound replaced Arama’s screams and Prachya heard a slurping, tearing sound, like something was…eating.

Hm. Hate that.

‘Must be on the rag,’ he muttered, shaking his head and turning away.
