an Entrepreneur is someone who claims a problem and decides to own the process of finding a solution to that problem. And that solution creates tremendous value in the lives of others.
The lead developer who invents a new feature for their company, is also an Entrepreneur.
Although it may not be easy, taking full ownership is the only way to grow.
we fail because of how we make decisions.
everyone is asking the wrong question when they ask, “Can I become an Entrepreneur?” The question they should be asking is, “Is it worth it for me to become an Entrepreneur?”
People with the employee mindset generally trade time for either money or enjoyment, and they often do this for their entire life.
Entrepreneurs have a very different idea of how to use their time. To them, time holds immense value and should be invested.
To an Entrepreneur, time is the most valuable asset they have, not money.
True Entrepreneurs love what they do so much that they choose to do work in their free time.
Time is an opportunity. Use it wisely. Instead of turning on the TV when you get home from work or after you’ve put the kids to bed, consider how else you can use that time.
Employees see money as a tool—as a means to buy things needed for survival.
