even when I chose to be silent and do nothing, I was still choosing to communicate something.
Because of this ambiguity, it’s often the easiest space to project a false self, using a false voice. We may believe that it’s easiest to say whatever we want when in a digital space, with little consequence.
Nothing equalizes the ego quite as much as a family and friends who are supportive but not overly impressed with me.
I’ve learned that we can’t speak out about all of the things all of the time with equal energy. You will need to know which race you want to run and how to, or if you want to, stay in your lane.
