After years in the gay dating game, I can assure you that the Grindr elite are just a bunch of douchebags with nice bodies and no self-esteem. They will ignore you on dates so they can update their social media. They have nothing interesting to say and they will make you question your own sanity and self esteem. With that knowledge, I hope you can now eat the donut you’re eyeing and stop caring. Working out should be for you and your health, not to impress others.

There you have it, in a typical day you’ve been completely addicted to an app full of men who generally drain you of happiness, energy, and hope. You’re not sure why you fall into this pattern day in and day out, but the familiarity of it likely gives you a false sense of potential. You know it sucks, but it is still better than nothing at all.
