“People don’t buy what you do; they buy why you do it.
When you challenge up, you are selling an idea, a new way, a different path toward a better future. The clearer your why, the more they’ll buy.
Incorrect assumptions create walls and cause humiliation. If you choose to start the challenging conversation with questions, it will teach you something. It will build trust, and it will save you some embarrassment.
