Now that you understand the importance of the power density of the light, here’s the big problem with most lights on the market. Most devices being sold (that you might pay $100-$900 for) are: Grossly underpowered and simply too low wattage to reach therapeutic power densities of above 50mW/cm2 with large coverage of body areas.
