In life we should always be careful of who we allow into our life. When we meet a person, we're not just meeting a human with a face and personality, we're also meeting an unpredictable assortment of accumulated spirits. Sometimes we'll know a person is bad for us– absolutely toxic, and still tell ourselves that we'll be the ones to help and change this person. Many times the attempt to change somebody else, ends up changing us. Sometimes that change is for the better, but sometimes it's for the worse. Trials and tribulations are the variables that add up to life.
